The Puzzle Collections is an online puzzle store in New Jersey. We sell a variety of brand new sealed puzzle brands such as Ravensburger, Buffalo Games, Clementoni, Cobble Hill, Educa and Heye .

We carry a number of imported and hard to find puzzles.

We are a small family who love jigsaw puzzles! We ask and hope for your support of small businesses like ours. Please understand our prices cannot be compared to big/giant retailers. There are supplies and shipping cost involved as we offer free shipping on all orders.

We currently sell Ravensburger, Buffalo Games, Cobble Hill, Educa and Heye puzzles but will be expanding to other brands in the near future.

Yes. We only sell BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED puzzles!

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

We can also ship outside United States, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost including any applicable vat/customs duties. Send us an email of the item(s) you would like to purchase so we can determine and let you know the shipping cost and how to go about placing an order (payment including shipping is in USD) .

The Puzzle Collections offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS or UPS (depending on your location) on all puzzles we sell within United States!

We process orders as soon as possible. Once verification and payment is processed, it may ship same day if received by 2pm EST. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.

We typically ship orders same day if received by 2pm EST except Sundays and Holidays. Depending on location, we ship via USPS or UPS. We want your order delivered as soon as possible but we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather related or service interruptions. A shipping notification with tracking number will be sent to you. Please check your spam folder if you have not received any within a day or two. Please make sure shipping address (including floor, apartment no.) is correct. We are not responsible for sending to the wrong address.

We process orders as soon as possible but understand mistakes can be made. You can cancel or make changes to your order within1 hour of placing it.

The Puzzle Collections does accept returns within14 days of receipt of your order. Email us at info@thepuzzlecollections.com to obtain return authorization number. A prepaid label will be provided. The item must be returned in new/unopened condition using the prepaid label in order to receive a credit less the shipping costs. There is also a 15% restocking fee per item returned.

Yes and Yes. It is guaranteed safe and secure to place orders on our site. All information are kept 100% confidential and will not be sold or given to anyone under any circumstances. You may refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Unfortunately, on rare occasion a puzzle do wind up missing a piece or two due to a manufacturer defect. It is also easy to misplace puzzle piece(s). Please make sure you look and search everywhere first. If you really cannot find it, please contact the manufacturer of the puzzle you purchased listed below.

Please note that we are not responsible for any missing puzzle piece(s). We sell brand new sealed puzzles and can only provide you the contact information of the manufacturer who can assist you on the issue.
